摘要

The numerical-analytical solution to the problem of diffractionof a plane monochromatic wave by a laryed-inhomogeneous anisotropic plate with an arbitarary orientation of the optical axis is constructed. Compact scalar represetnations for the amplitudes of the electromagnetic field, as well as the corresponding problem for cscalar potentials in the form of two coupled differential equations, are obtained. The numerical solution of the system is obtained by the finite-difference method. The influence of the inhomogeneity and anisotropy of the layer on its scattering properties is shown.
