摘要

L'ostéomyélite multifocale chronique récidivante (OMCR) est une maladie inflammatoire et aseptique pouvant toucher n'importe quel os et être associée à une atteinte dermatologique. Mieux connue, elle est fréquemment diagnostiquée. Nous présentons deux cas : l'un sans atteinte cutanée, l'autre avec atteinte cutanée. La scintigraphie osseuse corps entier permet un bilan d'extension précoce et l'examen histologique conforte le diagnostic en éliminant une tumeur maligne et une infection. Son mode d'évolution est chronique et récidivant. Le traitement de choix est les anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens qui peuvent être associés ou alternés avec les hormones ostéotropes.%Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis is an inflammatory and aseptic disorder, which can affect any bone and be associated with dermatologic lesions. Thanks to better knowledge, this condition is now more often diagnosed. We present two cases, with and without dermatologic lesions. The whole-body bone scintigraphy allows early detection of lesions and bone biopsy is of great help for diagnosis because it rules out tumor or infection. Disease course can be chronic and recurrent. The treatment of choice is non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which can be combined or alternated with osteotropic hormones.
