The aim of the research was to analyze the wear of the end mills based on the measurement of mechanical vibration accelerations. The VB_B index was used as the tool wear criterion, which was measured until a specific maximum wear was obtained. The paper compares the tool wear values at different cutting speeds and determines the possibility of predicting the state of the tool wear based on the measurements of mechanical vibration accelerations.
