MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Plc have signed a Memoranum of Understanding with ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited), the Indian national oil and gas company. ONGC is involved in exploration and production of hydrocarbons in India and worldwide and has interests in refining and transmission of products, natural gas and petrochemicals businesses.
