To introduce a model to analyze the manufacturing and marketing interface for a firm producing a series of high volume products with short life cycle on a single facility. Short product life cycles and intense price competition are the challenges of manufacturing and marketing strategies. Hence, high tech firms producing a series of high volume products with short life cycles need to have a strategic interface between the manufacturing and marketing strategies.
