摘要

The aim of this work is to optimize the parameters for anthocyanin extraction using the response surface methodology. Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) content, soaking time and extraction temperature are factors that have been thought to affect anthocyanin colorant and extraction efficiency. Extractions were carried out using acidified methanol with TFA content of 0.5 and 3 %. Soaking time was set at 60 and 180 min and temperature of 30 and 80 ℃. From the Box-Behnken design, 0.5 % TFA content, soaking time of 143.21 min and temperature of 80 ℃ are the optimized conditions to extract anthocyanin from Ixora siamensis.
