In a recent press release, ProAmpac announced it is expanding on its successful European launch of Rapid Action Packaging's fresh-food-to-go packaging portfolio with its introduction in North America. The release explains that Rapid Action Packaging (RAP) is a UK-based company that was acquired by ProAmpac in January. The fresh-food-to-go portfolio is largely recyclable in paper streams, reducing plastic usage and minimizing material overall. The release adds that it features modified atmosphere options.
