Derby-based pharmaceutical packaging company Packaging Xtra has ceased to trade following "severe cash flowproblems". All eight members of staff at the wholesaler, which supplied various types of packaging to the pharmaceutical market, are being made redundant. Advisory and restructuring spe-cialist Zolfo Cooper was appointed to the company on 15 January. North East retailer Ensemble Clothing, which fell under the same business, also ceased trading. The administrators issued a statement which said its appointment was as "a result of the companies experiencing severe cash flow problems arising from the current challenging economic environment."
