Graham Casey, the managing director of Macfarlane Group's packaging manufacturing division, is to leave this week after more than three decades with the group.rnCasey's role has been made redundant as part of a restructure designed to reduce costs in the manufacturing division, which produces bespoke packaging for sectors such as aerospace and electronics.rnThe business will report direcdy to Peter Atkinson, Macfarlane Group chief executive.rnCasey will leave the business on 6 April and had already stepped down from his position on the listed group's board as Packaging News went to press. He had been with Macfarlane for more than 33 years in a variety of roles.
