Siva Plastics, the film manufacturer, is reviewing its recruitment policy after 32 members of staff believed to be working illegally in the UK were detained by the UK Border Agency.rnOfficers detained 31 male and one female Indian nationals and proceedings began to remove them from the UK following a raid on its Southampton factory at the start of December.rnIn a statement, Siva Plastics said: "Siva believed that its recruitment policy was sufficiently robust to ensure that no illegal immigrants were employed by it.rn"In view of the current economic investigation and in conjunction with the UK Border Agency, it is now taking an immediate and compre-hensive review of its recruitment policy."
