As one of the UK's leading food producers, Premier Foods makes some of the nation's favourite and best-known brands including Hovis, Sharwoods, Mr Kipling, OXO and Batchelors, with 95% of British households having one of these products in their cupboards. The enduring consumer appeal of the Batchelors range has made it the domestic market's 'easy eating' category leader. Its soup, pasta and flour mixes have been produced at its long-established 24 strong production-line site in Ashford, Kent which was acquired by Premier Foods in 2006.
