Thanks to advancements in optics and software technology, Northern Ireland-based pharmaceutical engineering company Sepha has halved the test time for its Visionscan blister pack leak detection machine (pictured) to less than one minute. The tool-less, vision-based machine uses the latest camera imaging technology to offer a flexible and reliable cost saving alternative to destructive blister pack test methods such as blue dye.
