Corrugated specialist Charapak has launched a new mail order pack designed to allow customers to return unwanted goods. The 'There & Back' pack was created specifically for an online clothing retailer but is now available to the wider market. A statement from Derbyshire-based Charapak said that the original customer for the pack had a specific need to recover returned items safely.
