It is a response to digitization that has added information transmission and receiving capabilities to packaging materials. Specifically, codes are attached to each product unit, lot, or packaging material for each individual product, and by utilizing the information/ history associated with each product, we believe that it contributes to tracking precision, improving productivity, saving labor, simplifying payments, and the efficiency of CRM in the overall flow from production to distribution and selling. At our company, we have CRM, anti-counterfeiting, and history-tracking ID on some packaging materials, and we also sell data systems which utilize the cloud. We also aim to offer solutions combining ICT, system development, and AI. In this paper, we introduce the market environment and some examples of our efforts.
