It seems that the demand for bar code reading system has been changing drastically. Because today's bar code applications require further high speed, high performance on bar code readers with the capabilities of reading a bar code label which is positioned different places on the surface of a parcel box. Manufactures or Vendors of the bar code reading system have been providing omni- directional and high speed scanning bar code readers to meet with these field requrie- ment. This report will discuss about the omnidirectional bar code reading system by show- Ing some examples.
