Many chemical substances have inherent dangerous properties. They can be harm- full to operators if handled in wrong way. Food additives, as a kind of chemical sub- stances, are similar to other industrial chemicals on that point. Officoal labellings prescribed by regulation to prevent occurrence of accident by chemical substances may not always be sufficient. Operators should be made to know other appropriate information about the chemical natural and safe handling of food ad- ditives.
