A highlight of the April 17-18 INGAA Foundation spring meeting in San Antonio was an executive panel devoted to Pipeline Projects and Prospects - 2008 & Beyond. Introducing the panel was INGAA Foundation Chairman Dhamo Dhamotharan. The panelists were, from left: Don Hawkins, senior vice president, Transwestern Pipeline; Don Wishart, executive vice president, TransCanada; Dwayne Burton, vice president, operations & engineering, Kinder Morgan; Chris Helms, executive vice president and Group CEO NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage; Robert Ineson, senior director, Northern American Natural Gas, Cambridge Energy Research Associates, and Jeff Share, editor, Pipeline & Gas Journal.rnCanadian energy giant EnCana announced May 12 that it will divide itself into two companies - one to oversee oil production and the other focused on natural gas. The firm said the move will allow it to maximize profit as oil prices continue to climb.
