Many compressors would benefit from a re-evaluation of their pulsation bottle design using the industry's continually developing predictive capabilities to increase their operating efficiency. In some cases, even marginal increases in compressor performance can translate directly to significant savings in operating costs due to decreases in fuel consumption and increases in system capacity. The following case study helps illustrate the usefulness of having a thorough look at bottle design.
