AXA Private Equity subsidiary Kallista has bought Poweo's 102-MW of operating wind capacity in France, the private equity firm said October 3. The deal for 10 windfarms increases Kallista's portfolio to 296 MW, making it the largest non-integrated wind energy producer in France, AXA said.
