The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission is seeking information from utilities across the state on their mitigation plans given the global supply chain disruptions and potential impacts to ratepayer service or replacement resources. The commission approved the order during its Oct. 27 meeting asking utilities to provide information on changes they are making a result of the supply chain issues. “It’s very apparent these global supply chain issues are affecting everything,” Commissioner Joseph Maestas said as he presented the item before the commission for a vote. “It sounds like these delays will last into the better part of next year.”
