US Western day-ahead on-peak power prices were stronger across the board on Friday, while off-peak day-ahead prices were lower. In the Northwest, Mid-Columbia on-peak day-ahead rose $1.75 and traded in the low $20s/MWh on the Intercontinental Exchange for Monday delivery. The off-peak day-ahead, however, fell $3.25 to trade in the mid-$10s/MWh for Sunday-Monday delivery.
