摘要

The techno-economic energy and mass flow optimisation models, ARGUS and PERSEUS, have been implemented for France and applied to analyse cost-effective emission reduction strategies for VOC and NO_x from stationary sources. The aim of this study, financed by ADEME, is to provide the French Government with techno-economic bases relative to VOC and NO_x stationary sources emission reduction. This paper deals, on one hand, with the elaboration of a French database and on the other hand, with the mains results expressed in term of cost functions for NO_x and VOC according to different scenarios.
