Dr. Ho is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare services throughout the PacifiCare of California system. He has spearheaded company-wide quality initiatives and improvements in population health outcomes, and has developed the Quality Index~(~R) profile, a consumer-directed report card of provider performance. He is a member of several national advisory committees including the Institute of Medicine and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
