When the Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association kicks off its inaugural event later this month, it will mark yet another stop in what has become an increasingly long trade show season. It starts in March, when the CPCA Show, Electronic China, and IPC Printed Circuits Expo take place in rapid succession. Following the JPCA Show a scant nine weeks later, it pauses briefly for summer vacation, before ramping up with a vengeance in the fall: EPC, TPCA, and for some even Elec-tronica and Mexitronica. We now add to this mix the HKPCA Show. Indeed, it seems only the NBA playoffs last longer. What follows are some thoughts and highlights of the coming events.
