The author states that there is a complex of problems associated with project development in intra.fi.rm systems for managing change in regional organizations.Creating intrafirm systems for management that are adequate for the goals of guaranteeing competitiveness has been a subject of particular attention over the past decade, not only in our country, but in global economic research. Divisional structures, business units, program-matrix structures, problem groups, and internal markets represent only some of examples in this area of academic research and practical experience. Researchers into these issues agree on one thing: solving the constantly emerging challenges of guaranteeing efficiency in production requires flexibility in management both in organizational structures and in production, in terms of their "settings" for solving issues that enterprises face in relation to innovation.
