This article examines the basic issues of constructing a prospective system for preparing, processing, and presenting large volumes of information. We show the possibility of using mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) as resources for accessing a continuous stream of information. We describe the content of intelligent processing of the information stream. We examine approaches to solving problems of ensuring that users' have access to developed information with the use of mobile devices during periods of unstable connections. We provide a description of a prototype for a prospective information system.
