摘要

Recently we can obtain easily the meteorobgical satellite images by using the internet on the shipboard. However, most of navigational officers have not knowledge and use experience about the satellite images. Actually the meteorological satellite images indicate some weather conditions cannot be predicted in a weather chart or the latest forecast before the departure on a voyage. Then a purpose of this study is to propose a guideline for use of meteorological satellite images for the navigational officers. In this study, from the meteorological satellite images, we were able to classify some characteristics of the cloud condition when the phenomenon such as the freak waves or the gusts that might cause the obstacle to the safety navigation occurs.rnThus we arranged the result in this paper, and proposed a guideline when a navigation officer uses a meteorological satellite image.%近年、海上においてもインターネットへの接続がrn可能となり、入手できる気象情報が増大した。しかrnし、多くの海技従事者は、気象衛星画像、アメダス、rn気象レーダーなどのリアルタイムな気象情報の活用rn経験が浅く、技術習得の機会や参考資料も少ないのrnが現状である。そこで本研究は、海技従事者がインrnターネット等を介して得られる衛星画像情報を活用rnするための着目点を明確にすることを目的とした。
机译：最近，我们可以通过船上的互联网轻松获取气象卫星图像。但是，大多数导航员都不了解和使用有关卫星图像的经验。实际上，气象卫星图像表明在航海出发前，天气图或最新预报无法预测某些天气情况。然后，本研究的目的是为导航人员提出使用气象卫星图像的指南。在这项研究中，从气象卫星图像中，我们可以对出现异常波或阵风等可能对安全航行造成障碍的现象进行分类时的云状况的特征。论文，并提出了导航员使用气象卫星图像时的指南。 ，気象卫星画像，アメダス，rn気象レーダーなどのリアルタイムな気象情报の活用rn経験が浅く，技术习得の机会や参考资料も少ないのrnが现状である。そこで本研究は，海技従事者がインrnターネット等を介して得られる卫星画像情报を活用rnするための着目点を明确にすることを目的とした。
