摘要

Human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), including human embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cells, offer the potential to generate normal or diseased human cells and tissues for research, drug screening and testing, and cellular therapies. Doing so requires efficient and reproducible in vitro differentiation of hPSCs and fundamental insight into how cells make developmental fate choices.
