摘要

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Crystal Lecture, held in partnership with CMI and the University of Wolverhampton. Dr John Phillips MBE (above) and Dr Jenni Jones will explore the world of leadership and mentoring, from both a practitioner and academic point of view. In 2010, they set up a mentoring programme for final-year business students at the University of Wolverhampton. John and Jenni continue to develop and run the programme in close partnership. They will share their leadership and mentoring experiences, and prove that mentoring builds the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to be an effective leader.
