Why is [the workcation] a problem? Staged fun... might look harmless, but it is a troubling trend. It helps blur the boundary between work and non-work, so much so that even drinking alcohol on company time is now subtly encouraged in some firms. Work becomes a perverted home away from home, and as a result we are hardly ever not on the job.
