Hi Jenny, can you give us a quick heads-up about M247? M247 was forged by bringing together three separate businesses, all of which were leaders in their respective fields. Our headcount has doubled over the past couple of years; we now employ about 300 people. Most of them are full-time, and we don't use many contractors. You've moved from the FTSE 100 to running an entrepreneurial SME. Tell us about the management challenges you're finding. In a small business, people do multiple jobs. As you scale, you need to put in place an operating model with clear accountability. Your customers demand clear processes and strong governance. But at the same time, we need to retain our agility.
