MARTIN P. JEPPESOM, CSP, ARM, CHS-V, is the director of regulatory affairs for the California Ammonia Co. (CALAMCO), Stockton, CA. He oversees the company SH&E programs, regulatory compliance programs and facility security concerns. He provides technical assistance in all these areas in house as well as to the company customer base as needed. Jeppeson has more than 25 years' experience in the safety arena. Before joining CALAMCO, he was the safety manager for Erickson Inc. in Richmond, CA, and before that spent 24 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lt. Colonel, Special Forces.
