L'Oreal USA's Solon (OH) Manufacturing Facility recently earned Star Status under OSHA's Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP). The facility achieved VPP Merit Status in 2005. VPP Star status is awarded to companies whose exemplary worksites and comprehensive safety and health management systems exceed government standards, resulting in low injury and illness rates. With the Solon plant achieving VPP Star status, L'Oreal USA has now earned this distinction in all six of its U.S. manufacturing facilities.
