摘要

A series of well-designed questionnaires specific to a business can provide a reliable assessment of a company's safety culture. The effectiveness of safety culture can be illustrated with a triangle formed by three interconnected groups: management, safety professionals and employees. These three groups must give safety the same importance and be fully aligned with the business strategy in order to build an excellent safety culture. Only then can the longevity of a business be ensured. The highest level of safety contribution to a company's overall culture can be presented by an equilateral triangle: a golden triangle.
