I am writing to share a concern about the image featured on the November 2015 cover of Professional Safety. The photo depicts a worker positioned directly over and about 16 in. from the work he is grinding. The worker is wearing safety glasses, but he is not wearing a face shield or hearing protection. On p. 28 of the accompanying story, "Working Safely With Grinders: 10 Proven Best Practices," it states that a face shield is required by OSHA and hearing protec-tion is suggested, yet the cover photo insinuates that this protection is not needed.
