Aroundtable discussion focusing on Overseas Filipinos' Issues and Responses to the Overseas Absentee Voting Act and the Dual Citizenship Law was held by PSSC and PMRN on 19 July 2007. Speakers included Dr. Belinda Aquino of the University of Hawaii's Center for Philippine Studies, Atty. Golda Roma of the Commission of Filipinos Overseas, Atty. Henry Rojas of the Center for Migrant Advocacy, and Atty. Arvin Santos of the Bureau of Immigration. In attendance were representatives of migrants' organizations, government agencies, and the academe.
