摘要

This is a well-written and edited 38 chapter compendium on the theory and practice of international public financial management (PFM). Targeted to the technical practitioner and student of the field, it is written by arguably the best in each field. These are the ones who have attempted to develop their field work lessons into applied frameworks and those academics who have integrated their PFM work outside the academy into educational products and programs for the benefit of students around the world. It joins other important critical works in this field, some of which were written or edited in the past by the same authors.
