Metsae Tissue is not ruling out the possibility of divesting or closing its Stotzheim mill in the western part of Germany. The company said it was conducting a strategic review of its napkin business at the site. It emphasised that it was exploring all options for the future of the napkin business, including the improvement of profitability in the short term, which was the preferred option. However, a divestment or closure of the site was also possible, the company added.
