Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Presentation Products Group, a Scottish supplier of gifting products and premium rigid packaging. The transaction is still subject to customary conditions, informs MPS. The purchasing price was not disclosed. The Presentation Products Group was owned by Laura Conway, who also managed the company. The Group has a 13,000 m~2 production facility in Arbroath, Scotland as well as a sourcing subsidiary based in Hong Kong and mainland China and employs approximately 150 people globally. The product range comprises rigid packaging made from paperboard, wood and other substrates, among others for customers in the spirits industry.
