The Italian paper manufacturer and converter Lucart Group is planning to enlarge its production capacity. The group reported on 10 September that another paper machine with a production capacity of 35,000 tpy of tissue paper is to be installed at the Troyes facility in the Champagne region of France. In a second step Lucart Group also wants raise conversion capacity at the same location. The start-up of the new paper machine PM 11 is scheduled for the first half-year 2011. The total cost of the investment project was not disclosed.
