First it's Christmas and then it's 2009, where does the time go?! Looking backwards I was prompted to check out just when my regular 'Light Flight' feature started. A search through all the old stored features revealed that it started in early 2000, so it's been running in the magazine for over eight years. This period of time has taken me well into the 'Bus Pass' zone but has also given me more time to devote to the hobby. My wife is sure that the only reason I carry on teaching is so that I can make use of the school hall for flying; she does have a point! The clock in the school hall often appears on photos and shows that I'm in there flying around 8.15 am, later in the day I would have a big audience!
