Going forward, the SPS-73 will continue to be one of the most prominent navigation radars across the U.S.'s fleets. 3. Due to its importance, the SPS-73 will almost certainly see upgraded variants released in the future, spurring further large retrofit procurements for existing U.S. vessels.
