摘要

It is a constant goal in aviation to transport as many passengers as possible in one aircratt. At the same time, personnel costs should be as low as possible while safety standards should be high. This publication is concerned in principle with the requirement that the cabin crew must keep an eye on all passengers during certain flight phases (e.g. take-off and landing). This can be achieved when the cabin crew does not have a direct view of the passengers, for example by using mirrors.
