摘要

This is a description of a sensor to monitor the operation condition of a pump or any other hydraulic devise. The sensor is capable of measuring vibration, media temperature and the presence of water by ultrasonic vibration. The raw signals are transferred to an electronic control box conduction the signal processing. The vibration is measured using a standard accelerometer mounted inside the sensor. Its frequency response is illustrated below. Frequency response for the mounted accelerometer in the sensor. The response is slightly distorted by the build in. The vibration output while operated on a pump or pump system is recorded and interpreted by algorithms in the control box.
