Grounded author Bob Rosen asks leaders to look inward at who they are, what they care about, and how they are connected; these attributes are, Rosen believes, the foundation for effective leadership. Inner health, he argues, determines outward accomplishment. In Grounded, Rosen presents a structure for individual leadership health in six dimensions-physical, emotional, intellectual, social, vocational, and spiritual. The book explores each of these domains in six dedicated sections, with a total of 19 chapters exploring specific aspects of each domain.
