Iandscape coating products manufacturer Colorbiotics has unveiled a new line of mulch colorant designed to maintain its color throughout the typical season.rnIntended for use in a variety of retail and wholesale markets, the Impact mulch colorant uses a proprietary hybrid coating to deliver intense color and UV resistance. The new hybrid coating was created through process optimization and advanced technology to provide a high value product.rnAccording to Colorbiotics representatives. Impact can maintain its color vibrancy for an extended period of time, unlike traditional non-colored mulchrnproducts that "usually turn gray or white after just a few weeks." And, once the mulch's color dries, it will not wash off or leach into the soil.rnAs with all Colorbiotics colorant products, the Impact mulch colorant is manufactured under strict International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Available in a wide assortment of colors, including rose, dark red, gold, amber, coffee brown and dark walnut, tote weight for the Impact colorant averages between 2,800 and 4,000 pounds, while drum weight averages between 400 and 600 pounds.
