This is to notify that pursuant to Regulation No. 428/2007 of the National Directorate of Domestic Trade (DNCI) of the Secretariat of Domestic Trade, the products identified as "terminals for electrical connections designed to be used with conductors of up to 10mm2 (equivalent to a rated current of up to 63A)" have been added to the list in Annex I to DNCI Regulation No. 613/2003. Compliance with the essential safety requirements established in former Ministry of Industry, Trade and Mining (ex-S.I.C.y M.) Resolution No. 92/98 will be checked by the Directorate-General of Customs upon entry of the products into Argentina.
