Transparent conductive stoichiometric nanocrystalline Zinc Oxide [ZnO] thin solid films were deposited onto Corning (R) EAGLE XG (R) Slim Glass Substrates (2.5 cmx2.5 cmx0.5 cm) as the substrate temperature (T-S), 150 +/- 5 degrees C by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique (USP). The effect of spraying time of solution on the electrical, morphological, optical, and structural, properties of the thin solid films was studied. The crystallite size, grain size, and surface roughness were observed to increases with increases in spraying time of the starting solution. The band gap and activation energy was observed to decrease with increase in spraying time of the solution. The thin solid films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and absorption spectroscopy.
