The Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology (IHBT) is perched in the lap of the majestic snow clad mountains of Dhauladhar range rising above the famous Kangra valley of Himachal Pradesh. It is one of the youngest constituent laboratories of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, which started functioning since 1984.
