One of the fundamental controversies characteristic of the 21st Century is the skirmish between Science and Postmodernism. Based on an analysis of the nature of this tension, this article explores the prospects of a key argument that Karl Popper's approach to Science, not only makes interesting intersections with Postmodern sensibilities but also offers a better, more plausible alternative to it. The Hermeneutic method of qualitative content analysis applied to secondary documentary sources has been employed for this study which is expected to contribute to research in the direction of developing the hybrid domain of a Postmodern Science.
